- Terms and Conditions of Anovatech Institute of Crystalline Technology (AICT):1. Enrollment and Registration:a. By enrolling in any course or program at AICT, the student acknowledges that they have carefully reviewed the course details, fees, and admission criteria provided by the institute.b. The student must complete the registration process and provide accurate and up-to-date information during enrollment.c. AICT reserves the right to reject an application or cancel enrollment if any false or misleading information is provided.2. Payment and Fees:a. Students are required to pay the prescribed fees for their chosen course or program as per the payment schedule provided by AICT.b. All fees paid to AICT are non-refundable and non-transferable, except under exceptional circumstances and as per the institute's refund policy.3. Attendance and Conduct:a. Students are expected to maintain regular attendance and punctuality for all classes, workshops, and assessments.b. Any disruptive behavior, misconduct, or violation of the institute's code of conduct may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of enrollment.4. Intellectual Property:a. All course materials, study materials, and resources provided by AICT are the intellectual property of the institute and are solely for the use of enrolled students.b. Students are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or sharing any course material without prior written consent from AICT.5. Certification and Graduation:a. AICT is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by students or any third party during their enrollment in the institute.b.
