• Free Content: Free courses, masterclasses, workshops, blog articles, demonstrations, and downloadable resources may be provided on an as-is basis. AICT PVT LTD reserves the right to modify, suspend, or remove free content at any time.
• Paid Courses and Programs: Paid courses, training programs, internships, workshops, and other services require payment according to the applicable pricing and enrollment terms before access is granted, unless otherwise stated.
• Pricing: Prices are generally displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may include applicable taxes or charges as specified at the time of purchase.

4. Payments and Refunds

• Payments may be processed securely through third-party payment gateways or payment service providers.
• Refunds are governed by the AICT PVT LTD Refund Policy applicable to the relevant course or service.
• Refund eligibility may depend on the course, program, usage, enrollment terms, and applicable refund conditions.
• EMI or instalment payment options, where available, may be subject to separate terms, eligibility requirements, and approval by the relevant financial or payment service provider.

5. Certificates

Certificates of completion or participation may be awarded upon meeting the requirements specified for the relevant course, training, internship, workshop, or program.

Requirements may include:

• Attending the required percentage of live or scheduled sessions
• Completing assigned projects, practical work, assignments, or assessments
• Meeting attendance or participation requirements
• Successfully completing examinations or evaluations where applicable
• Meeting any additional criteria specified in the relevant program curriculum

Certificates issued by AICT PVT LTD represent completion or participation in the relevant program and do not, unless specifically stated, constitute a university degree, diploma, government license, or formal academic qualification.

6. Code of Conduct

By using our website, learning platforms, training facilities, or services, you agree to:

• Behave respectfully towards trainers, mentors, employees, staff, institutional partners, and fellow learners
• Not engage in harassment, discrimination, threats, bullying, abusive behaviour, or misconduct
• Not share, copy, record, reproduce, or distribute course materials without authorization
• Not use our services for illegal, fraudulent, unauthorized, or harmful activities
• Not attempt to hack, disrupt, damage, bypass security controls, or compromise our systems
• Not misuse another person's account or login credentials

Violations may result in suspension or termination of access to our services, subject to applicable policies and laws. Refund eligibility in such cases will be determined according to the applicable Refund Policy and circumstances of the violation.

AICT PVT LTD is not responsible for:

• Downtime, technical failures, or service interruptions of third-party platforms
• Issues arising from your use of third-party services
• Third-party terms of service, privacy policies, or data practices
