What we expect
These guidelines apply to everyone using AICT Pvt. Ltd. courses, the student dashboard, the community forum and our training centres across West Bengal.
Your account
- One account per person. Do not share your login — course access is issued to you individually.
- Keep your contact details current so we can reach you about batches, certificates and results.
- Tell us straight away if you think somebody else has used your account.
Course material
- Recordings, notes, assignments and project files are for your own study.
- Do not redistribute, resell or upload them anywhere else.
- Screen recording of live sessions without permission is not allowed.
In the classroom and the forum
- Be civil. Disagree with the argument, not the person.
- No harassment, hate speech, or content that is sexual, violent or illegal.
- No spam, and no promoting other institutes or unrelated commercial offers.
- Ask real questions and post real answers. Submitting somebody else's work as your own is treated as academic misconduct.
Certificates
Certificates are issued only on genuine completion and carry a unique number any employer can check on our verification page. Altering a certificate, or presenting one that was not issued to you, results in immediate revocation — the record stays and public verification will report it as invalid.
If a guideline is broken
Depending on what happened we may issue a warning, suspend forum access, or withdraw course access. Serious cases — certificate fraud, harassment, distributing our material — can mean permanent removal without refund.
Raising a concern
If something here affects you or you want to report a problem, contact admin@aictech.co.in or speak to the coordinator at your centre. We take it seriously and we will tell you what we decided.
